What We've Been Up To This Year...

Diamond Trucks kicked off the year with major deliveries, a top award and a new arrival!

The start of the year was a strong and successful period for Diamond Trucks, with several standout deliveries and a prestigious award win. From first-time handovers to long-time partnerships, we’ve been busy supporting our customers with top-tier Renault trucks and celebrating recognition for our team’s hard work.

Diamond Trucks Regional HGV Account Manager, Matthew Keys handed over three Renault C 430s to Mannok, while Liam Connolly (Roadfreight) Ltd received two eye-catching Renault T High 520s. Welshpool’s S M Davies Transport Ltd welcomed their first Renault T High 520, finished in striking factory green with an extensive list of custom features.

Meanwhile, our Belfast team earned Truck Sales Dealer of the Year at the Renault Trucks UK Dealer Awards for market success and customer loyalty. Congratulations to all involved!

Brian Kempson also joined Diamond Trucks in the role of Sales Director. Based at the company’s Warrington location, he brings with him a wealth of industry experience.

First Renault Trucks for Parry & Evans and Capper Trading, plus George Crooks’ 5-year anniversary at Diamond Trucks!

February was an exciting month at Diamond Trucks as we welcomed new customers and celebrated long-standing team members. Two first-time Renault Truck handovers marked exciting fleet upgrades for Parry & Evans and Capper Trading, while our very own George Crooks celebrated five years with the company and stepped into a new role—highlighting the growth and loyalty that define our team and customer relationships.

Parry & Evans welcomed a feature-packed T 480 Mid Lift—while Capper Trading took delivery of two powerful Renault T High 520s. A key member of our Belfast team, George now steps into a new role in Municipal & Public Sector Business Development and was personally thanked by Dealer Principal Iain Latimer for his dedication.

March Highlights: Big Deliveries & Racing Legends

March was packed with exciting handovers at Diamond Trucks. McLean Transport received a sleek new Renault T High 520, while Walter Watson added a whopping six T High 520s to their fleet—all customised by our Belfast team. We also wrapped up Freeburn Transport’s impressive 30-truck order with a final T High delivery, complete with a Repair & Maintenance package.

To top it off, we proudly handed over a brand-new Renault Master to Michael Dunlop Racing as part of our latest sponsorship. With 29 Isle of Man TT wins, Michael is a true Northern Irish motorsport icon. It was a pleasure working with him—he even took time to sign one of our apprentice’s toolboxes during the handover! A great moment for the team and a great way to support local racing talent.

April was another strong month at Diamond Trucks, marked by standout handovers and trusted partnerships

Skea Eggs welcomed a vibrant yolk-yellow Renault T 480 6x2, fitted with custom work lights and covered by a 60-month R&M package.

Campbell Bulk Haulage expanded their fleet with six top-spec Renault T High 520s, featuring hydraulic tipping gear, light bars, and striking Impact Graphics livery.

We also delivered a bold T High 520 Twin Wheel Tag Axle to Freeburn Transport, backed by a solid R&M package for reliable performance.

It’s been a standout last few weeks at Diamond Trucks, filled with exciting deliveries and milestone celebrations, and the months not even over!

LT&T Ltd rolled out in style with a Scarface-themed Renault Trafic Red Edition Van, wrapped by iBrand Signs, and M&M Kerr added a sleek factory-blue T High 520 to their growing fleet, handed over at our Border Trucks depot.

Over at our Northern Ireland premises, we celebrated some big birthdays: Dealer Principal Iain Latimer turned 40, Technician Craig Mackay hit 30, and Apprentice Matthew Ferguson marked his 21st.

Here’s to new trucks, great customers, and the fantastic team keeping everything rolling as we head into the second half of the year.
