We are celebrating over one year in business at our Warrington Depot. We are thrilled to announce that since expanding our operations to the north-West region of the UK, Diamond trucks has seen a very successful year full of growth and support from our amazing team and loyal clients.
Looking to build upon Diamond Trucks existing reputation for outstanding service & aftersales support and seeing great value in the Renault Trucks' brand & product range, Diamond trucks set out with the goal of further increasing the market share and confidence in the Renault Trucks brand within the UK market. Seeing an opportunity for growth in the North-west region of the UK, Diamond trucks was strategically located in the heart of Warrington. This location is situated close to the port of Liverpool and has superior connections to numerous cities and transport routes across the UK, making it the obvious transport network for notable logistics and transport companies.
In just one year at our Warrington Depot, we have achieved so much! Our client base has increased significantly since expanding to this region. In terms of service work, this has given us the opportunity to work with a plethora of exceptional businesses from both the local area and those that travel through Warrington on their transport routes. As for Truck & Van sales, we have also attracted a handful of new clients and built upon our existing relationships with clients from our Belfast depot.
Our Success wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated team here in Warrington, which has grown to 37 employees since opening. Along with the loyalty and support from our clients & partners, it’s our employees who have been the driving force behind the success of our Warrington branch. This includes everyone from sales & service to parts & workshop technicians.
Diamond Trucks sell New & Used vans and trucks ranging from 2.8 tonnes to 44 tonnes, many of which we keep in stock at our Warrington Location. We match Renault trucks ambition to stay prepared for the future by investing into Electronic Vehicles. The Warrington depot is fully equip to supply and service E-tech Vans and Trucks with a handful of Renault trained master technicians, who can deal with any electronical issues that your E-truck/van may encounter.
We have recently opened a DVSA Authorised testing facility on site, something that we are very proud to offer to our current and future clients. This facility has only recently opened up and as of January 2024 it will provide testing every Wednesday and Thursday. With this new equipped bay, we are able to offer clients MOT testing, along with voluntary brake roller tests and voluntary headlamp checks.
As we embark on our second year in Warrington, our commitment remains steadfast to expanding our influence in the North-west region of the UK, by providing unmatched service and aftermarket support for our customers. We hope that the inclusion of our ATF bay will show our dedication to providing desired facilities to our current and future clients.
